½ oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
½ oz salted caramel syrup (Monin recommended)

Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a pinch of flaky salt or caramel drizzle.
Notes from the Bar
Brewed Espresso
Freshly brewed espresso creates the signature foamy top. If you don’t have an espresso machine, a Moka Pot works beautifully as a substitute.
Caramel Syrup Choice
Monin salted caramel syrup is well-balanced and not overly sweet, while Torani runs a bit sweeter. Either works. Choose according to your taste.
Finishing Touch
A light sprinkle of flaky salt cuts through the richness and enhances the salted caramel flavor.
