Rosemary Gimlet
A refreshing gin classic brightened with house-made rosemary syrup.

Ingredients
2 oz gin
¾ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz rosemary simple syrup (see below)
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh rosemary.
Notes from the Bar
Rosemary Syrup
Simmer 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 3 rosemary sprigs for 10 minutes; cool and strain before use.
Shortcut Option
Skip the syrup and simply smack or muddle a rosemary sprig in the shaker to release its aroma.
Gin Choice
Opt for a London Dry gin for crisp citrus notes or a botanical gin for a softer, floral profile.

Best served straight up in a chilled coupe glass for an elegant presentation.
