Pimm's Cup
A light and fruity British cocktail with Pimm’s No. 1, lemon-lime soda, and fresh fruit. Refreshing and easy to sip.

Ingredients
2 oz Pimm’s No. 1
3 oz sparkling lemonade (or lemon-lime soda for a sweeter version)
1 oz club soda (adds a dry finish and fizz)
2–3 slices English cucumber
1–2 fresh mint sprigs
1 strawberry, sliced
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add Pimm’s No. 1, sparkling lemonade, and club soda.
Stir gently to combine.
Tuck in slices of cucumber, strawberries, and a sprig of mint.
Serve chilled and enjoy immediately.
