Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.

Instructions
2 oz white rum
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz orange liqueur
½ oz orgeat
½ oz aged rum (optional)
Ingredients:\
Fill a shaker with white rum, lime juice, orange liqueur, and orgeat.
Add ice and shake well for about 10 seconds.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Slowly pour the aged rum (if using) over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
Garnish with pineapple fronds, a lime wheel, a sprig of mint, or a maraschino cherry.
Notes from the Bar
White Rum + Aged Rum
A classic Mai Tai layers two styles of rum. White rum keeps it light and citrusy, while a float of aged rum adds depth and complexity. Feel free to use just one if you prefer a simpler pour.
Orgeat Matters
Orgeat is the almond syrup that makes a Mai Tai sing. It brings a subtle nuttiness that balances the bright lime and bold rum. Look for it at a specialty shop, or order a bottle online. We promise, it’s worth it.
All About the Ice
This drink shines over crushed ice. The slow dilution softens the rum’s strength and makes the cocktail extra refreshing. Nugget ice or hand-crushed cubes both work well.
Tropical Garnish
Presentation is half the fun. Pineapple fronds, a mint sprig, a lime wheel, or even a maraschino cherry turn this simple pour into a true tiki classic.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
