Little Wings
A beautifully balanced mezcal cocktail with notes of smoke, citrus, and soft floral sweetness. The Aperol adds gentle bitterness while cucumber and elderflower bring a fresh, elegant lift — light enough for summer but layered enough to sip year-round.

Ingredients
¾ oz mezcal
¾ oz elderflower liqueur
¾ oz Aperol
¾ oz lime juice
2 cucumber slices
Instructions
Place a coupe glass in the freezer to chill.
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
Shake for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled.
Double strain into the chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
