Hibiscus French 75

Bright, floral, and perfectly effervescent, this hibiscus twist on the classic French 75 brings festive color and elegance to any celebration. Balanced citrus, crisp gin, and sparkling prosecco create a cocktail that’s both refreshing and refined.

Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.

A vibrant ruby-red sparkling cocktail served in a tall flute, garnished with a simple lemon twist against a dark background.

Notes from the Bar

Glassware

Serve in a Champagne flute or coupe for a refined, sparkling presentation.

Gin Choice

Use a London Dry gin for a crisp, clean flavor or Hendrick’s for a softer, floral twist.

Bubbles

Dry prosecco or brut Champagne keeps the cocktail lively, bright, and perfectly balanced.

Garnish

A simple lemon twist adds aroma and a timeless finish.

Festive Variation

Swap lemon for lime juice and garnish with a lime twist for a more traditional red-and-green Christmas vibe.

Batching

For gatherings, mix 6 oz gin, 4½ oz hibiscus syrup, and 3 oz lemon juice in a small pitcher. Chill, then top each flute with 3 oz prosecco just before serving.
