COCKTAIL RECIPE

Makes 1 cocktail

3 oz bourbon or whiskey
1 oz amaretto
Amarena cherry and lemon or orange twist, for garnish

Add the bourbon (or whiskey) and amaretto to a mixing glass with ice and stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an Amarena cherry and, if you like, a lemon or orange twist.
