SPICED HIBISCUS SYRUP

We make our own for this one — it's ginger-forward, keeps in the fridge for up to three weeks, and works across a whole collection of cocktails. Full recipe here.

Hibiscus Flavor

Hibiscus brings a naturally tart, cranberry-like flavor and a rich ruby color that makes this mocktail feel special without being sweet.

Dried Hibiscus Flowers

Dried hibiscus flowers are used to make the syrup and also work beautifully as a garnish. → Link to dried hibiscus flowers

Seasonal Variation

If you prefer a brighter, lighter version for summer, you can make a simple hibiscus syrup without the warming spices. Steep dried hibiscus flowers in hot water, strain, then stir in sugar to taste. It is fresher and more straightforward, with less depth than the spiced version.

Citrus Balance

Fresh grapefruit and lime keep this drink crisp and refreshing. Adjust the lime slightly if your grapefruit is especially sweet or tart.

Ice Choice

Crushed or pebble ice softens the tartness and keeps the drink extra cold.

Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
