Notes from the Bar

Rosemary Syrup

Homemade syrup makes all the difference. Simmer sugar, water & rosemary for 5 minutes, then strain. Store up to 2 weeks.

Glassware

Serve in a tall Collins glass for an airy, refreshing sip. A stemless wine glass creates a cozier vibe.

Sparkling Choice

Use a crisp sparkling water for a lighter spritz or swap in Prosecco for celebratory bubbles.

Aromatics

Smack the rosemary sprig between your hands before garnishing to release beautiful herbal oils.

Make It a Mocktail

Skip the vodka and add a splash of white grape juice for a festive zero-proof version.

Batch for 6

Combine 9 oz vodka, 3 oz rosemary syrup, and 3 oz lemon juice in a pitcher. Chill, then top each glass with sparkling water when serving.

Seasonal Tip

Perfect as the first cocktail of the night, especially around Thanksgiving and Christmas celebrations.
