Notes from the Bar

Egg White Texture
Dry shaking before adding ice creates a smooth, stable foam and gives the cocktail its signature silky texture.
Cocktail Term: Dry Shake
Dry shaking means shaking a cocktail without ice first. This helps fully emulsify the egg white, creating a smoother texture and a thicker, more stable foam. Ice is added afterward to properly chill the drink. → Link to our Boston cocktail shaker
Fresh Citrus
Freshly squeezed lemon juice makes a noticeable difference here. Bottled juice will flatten the brightness and the finish.
Vermouth Balance
Use a fresh, dry vermouth and store it in the refrigerator after opening. This cocktail relies on balance and clarity rather than intensity.
Bitters Tip
A single dash of orange bitters is enough to add depth without distracting from the lemon and gin.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
