Honey Syrup
Honey syrup is simply honey and warm water mixed in a 1 to 1 ratio until smooth. This helps the honey dissolve easily into cold drinks without settling at the bottom.
Lavender Option
For a stronger floral aroma, you can swap the honey syrup for lavender syrup. To make it, gently simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon dried lavender buds for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and cool before using.
Lavender Bitters
Lavender bitters add depth without sweetness and keep the drink balanced. A few dashes go a long way.

Garnish and Syrup Use
The dried lavender buds used for garnish are the same ones we use to make syrup. They add a subtle scent as you sip.

Ice Choice
Crushed or pebble ice keeps this drink extra cold and refreshing, especially on warmer days.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
