Nevada Cocktail
A bright, citrus-forward cocktail that balances rum with fresh grapefruit and lemon. Lightly sweetened and finished with a touch of bitters, it’s refreshing with just enough complexity.
This cocktail is part of our Date Nite collection, made to be sipped while you cook together.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.

1½ ounces rum
1½ ounces grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fine sugar
1 dash Angostura bitters
Lemon wheel, for garnish

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Notes from the Bar
Fresh Citrus Matters
With both grapefruit and lemon in the mix, fresh juice makes a huge difference here. It keeps the drink bright and balanced.
Sugar vs Simple Syrup
Fine sugar works well, but make sure it fully dissolves when shaking. You can substitute ½ ounce simple syrup for a smoother integration.
Rum Choice
A light or lightly aged rum keeps this crisp and refreshing. A darker rum will add depth but shift the drink slightly richer.
Bitters Touch
That single dash of Angostura adds subtle spice and complexity—don’t skip it.
Balance Tip
If your grapefruit is especially tart, you may want to slightly increase the sweetness to keep everything in balance.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
