You can purchase fresh carrot juice, or make your own by blending peeled carrots with a splash of water in a high-speed blender. Strain through a nut milk bag for a smooth finish. → Link to our favorite nut milk bags
GINGER SYRUP
For honey ginger syrup, combine 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup hot water. Add 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger and let steep 20 minutes. Strain before using. Store refrigerated for up to one week.
BALANCE
The very small pinch of salt sharpens the citrus and rounds out the honey. Do not skip it.
RIM TIP
A Tajín half rim gives each sip contrast without overwhelming the drink.
GLASSWARE
Serve in a rocks glass over fresh ice for a bold but balanced presentation.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
