Mix & Shape the Meatballs
There’s something so satisfying about knowing dinner is already halfway done. These meatballs are the perfect make-ahead moment — prep them the night before or earlier in the day, and they’ll be ready to bake when you are. A little effort upfront makes Date Nite feel effortless.
We like to shape them, line them up on a parchment-lined baking sheet, mist them lightly with olive oil, and refrigerate uncovered or loosely covered for up to 24 hours. When you’re ready, they go straight into the oven — no extra steps, no extra dishes, just straight to golden and delicious.
