Romesco Chicken Stack Prep: Make the Romeso Sauce
The romesco sauce doesn’t take long to make, but you can absolutely prepare it in advance if that’s helpful. In fact, the flavors will deepen and develop even more if you make it the day before. Just store it in the fridge in a sealed container and let it come to room temperature before serving. If you’re planning to use the leftover sauce for brunch later in the week, we suggest not making it too far ahead—just a day or two is perfect to keep it tasting fresh.
