Beef Bulgogi Bowls Prep: Marinate the Beef

Marinating the beef in advance is key for tender, flavorful bulgogi. Ideally, start the marinade the night before Date Nite so the steak has plenty of time to soak it all in. If that’s not possible, even marinating it the morning of will make a big difference. The longer it rests—up to 24 hours—the better the flavor and texture will be.
