Japanese Katsu Ramen Prep:
Make the Broth
The broth for this Japanese Katsu Ramen can easily be prepared in advance. In fact, letting it rest in the fridge for a day or two not only saves you time when you’re ready to serve, but also allows the flavors to deepen and develop even more richness. Simply store the cooled broth in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, then reheat gently before finishing your Date Nite meal.
