Cuban Sandwiches
If you’ve got extra pork tenderloin, it makes the perfect filling for a next-day Cuban sandwich. Layer slices of pork with ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, and a swipe of mustard on a Ciabatta or rustic sliced bread. Press until golden and melty, either in a skillet with a heavy pan on top or a panini press. It’s the kind of leftover that might just steal the show.
