Steak Frites
&
Spanish Coastal Martini
a note from us
Steak was on the menu the night we met, and it's been a bit of a signature for us ever since. There's something about a perfectly cooked steak that feels celebratory and grounded all at once.
This time we're doing it Steak Frites style. Crisp golden fries, herbed aioli, a simple salad, and a Spanish Coastal Martini instead of the usual glass of wine. The kind of dinner that turns an ordinary evening into something you actually remember.

notes from the kitchen
A few extra tips and tricks to help you get the most out of tonight's menu.
PICK YOUR STEAK
Ribeye or New York strip are classic here, but use whatever cut you love most. We went with ribeye for the flavor and marbling.
AIOLI, YOUR WAY
If you have an immersion blender, homemade aioli is quick and really worth it. If not, a good mayo with garlic and lemon works just as well. → Shop our Fry Daddy (what we use)
YOUR CALL on fries
Go all in with homemade fries, or keep it easy with a good frozen option. Both work here. Do what feels right for your night.
CRISP THEM UP
If you are making your own fries, a second quick fry right before serving makes them extra crispy and worth the effort.
KEEP THE SALAD SIMPLE
A simple arugula salad with olive oil, lemon, and a generous pinch of salt is all you need here. It balances the richness of the steak and fries perfectly.
