COCKTAIL RECIPE
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz honey syrup
2 to 3 basil leaves
Small rosemary sprig
1 egg white
Basil leaf, for garnish
Make the honey syrup using the recipe in Notes from the Bar. Add the gin, lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, syrup, basil, rosemary, and egg white to a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 10-15 seconds to build foam. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds, until well chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
NOTES FROM THE BAR

HONEY SYRUP
Combine 1 1/2 cups honey with 1 cup hot water and stir until fully dissolved. Let cool before using. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Herb Balance
Basil brings freshness while rosemary adds depth. Keep the rosemary light so it doesn’t overpower the drink.
Egg White Foam
The dry shake is key for that silky, velvety texture. Don’t skip it if you want that smooth finish.
Gin Choice
A clean, botanical gin complements the garden flavors without competing with them.
Mocktail Option
Skip the gin and elderflower liqueur and build with lemon, honey syrup, and a splash of sparkling water. You still get the fresh herbs and soft sweetness with a light, refreshing finish.

A RITUAL WE RETURN TO
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
