Notes from the Bar
Crème de Violette
This liqueur brings both color and a soft floral note. A little goes a long way, so the balance here keeps it light and not overly perfumed.
Gin Choice
A clean, citrus forward gin works best here to complement the lemon and keep the drink feeling bright and fresh.
Sweetness Balance
Depending on your crème de violette, you may want to slightly adjust the simple syrup. Start as written, then tweak to taste.
Effervescence
Add the club soda just before serving to keep the drink lively and refreshing.
Mocktail Option
Skip the gin and crème de violette and build this with lemon, simple syrup, and sparkling water. For a similar color and floral note, a splash of lavender syrup or butterfly pea tea works beautifully.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
