Notes from the Bar
Heads up: We may earn a small commission on products we’ve linked here. We only recommend the real-deal favorites from our kitchen.
CINNAMON SIMPLE SYRUP
Combine equal parts sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add one cinnamon stick and stir until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let the cinnamon steep for 20-30 minutes, then strain and cool. Keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
THE RIM
Two parts sugar to one part pumpkin pie spice is the sweet spot. It looks warm and golden on the glass and adds a layer of spice to every sip. The combination of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and clove in the pumpkin pie spice is what makes this margarita taste like peach pie. Don't skip it.
FRESH PEACHES ARE BEST
Use the ripest peach you can find. When fresh peaches aren't in season, peach puree is a great substitute and keeps the flavor consistent year round. → Shop our favorite peach puree
TEQUILA CHOICE
Blanco tequila keeps the drink clean and lets the peach and spice shine. We like Espolon or Olmeca Altos for a cocktail like this.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
Replace the tequila with sparkling water or ginger beer. Keep the rim, the cinnamon syrup, and the fresh peach. It is just as warming and delicious without the alcohol.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
