Notes from the Bar

MEZCAL AND TEQUILA SPLIT
The mezcal carries most of the pour for smoke, while the small reposado addition rounds out the finish so the drink doesn't taste one-note smoky. Keep the total spirit at 2 ounces if you want to adjust the ratio.
ALLSPICE DRAM
This is the ingredient doing the real work here. It brings cinnamon, clove, and warm baking spice without needing a separate cinnamon syrup, so the drink stays balanced with just fresh lemon and a touch of simple syrup.

ADJUSTING SWEETNESS
Start with 1/4 oz simple syrup and taste before serving. If you want it a little rounder, increase to 1/2 oz, especially if your allspice dram runs more bitter than sweet.
GARNISH
A dried orange wheel and a cinnamon stick tie back to the spice in the drink itself and give it a warm, fall-forward look without adding more sweetness.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
