Rosemary Dirty Martini
A savory, herbaceous take on the classic dirty martini. Fresh rosemary adds an aromatic depth that pairs beautifully with briny olive notes and a crisp, chilled finish.
This cocktail is part of our Date Nite collection, made to be sipped while you cook together.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.

Ingredients
2 ounces vodka or gin
½ ounce dry vermouth
½ ounce olive brine (adjust to taste)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Green olives, for garnish
Instructions
Lightly bruise the rosemary sprig to release its oils.
Add rosemary, vodka or gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine to a mixing glass or shaker.
Add ice and stir or shake until very well chilled.
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Garnish with olives and a fresh rosemary sprig.
Notes from the Bar
Gin or Vodka
Both work beautifully here. Gin adds a more botanical layer that complements the rosemary, while vodka keeps it clean and brine forward.
Rosemary Technique
Gently bruising the rosemary is key. You want to release the aromatics without overpowering the drink.
Brine Balance
Start with ½ ounce of olive brine and adjust to your preference. Some like it lightly savory, others prefer a more pronounced dirty martini
.
Stir vs Shake
Stirring will give you a smoother, more classic martini texture, while shaking creates a slightly colder, more diluted version. Both are great depending on your preference.
Garnish Tip
Use Castelvetrano olives for a slightly buttery, less sharp finish that pairs especially well with the rosemary.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
