Notes from the Bar
Heads up: We may earn a small commission on products we’ve linked here. We only recommend the real-deal favorites from our kitchen.
DRY CURAÇAO
We use Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao. It's drier and more complex than standard triple sec, with a subtle bitter orange note that works really well here. Worth having in your bar. → Link to Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
DRY VERMOUTH
Vermouth is a living ingredient and once opened it oxidizes quickly. Store it in the fridge and use it within a few weeks for the best flavor. Dolin Dry is our go-to.
GIN RECOMMENDATION
A classic London Dry works best here, something clean and juniper-forward that doesn't compete with the Curaçao. Tanqueray or Beefeater are both solid choices.
ORANGE BITTERS
Two dashes is enough to add depth without taking over. Angostura Orange or Regan's No. 6 both work well. → Link to our favorite orange bitters
GLASSWARE
A coupe is the move here and suits the spirit-forward, stirred nature of this drink. A Nick & Nora works too if you have one. → Link to our favorite coupe glasses

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
