COCKTAIL RECIPE
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz peach nectar
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz honey syrup
1 oz cold water
2 oz ginger beer
1 to 2 oz soda water
Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish
Make the honey syrup using the recipe in Notes from the Bar. Add the peach nectar, lime juice, honey syrup, and cold water to a shaker with ice and shake briefly until chilled. Strain into a Collins or highball glass filled with fresh ice, top with ginger beer and soda water, and give a gentle stir. Garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
NOTES FROM THE BAR
Heads up: We may earn a small commission on products we’ve linked here. We only recommend the real-deal favorites from our kitchen.
Peach Nectar
Peach nectar gives this mocktail its soft sweetness and body. You can often find it in the international foods aisle or sometimes in the juice section of the grocery store. → Link to our favorite peach nectar
Honey Syrup
Honey syrup is made by stirring equal parts honey and warm water until smooth. This helps the honey blend easily into shaken drinks without sticking to the glass.
Ginger Beer
We love Fever Pitch ginger beer here. It has clean ginger flavor without overpowering heat, which keeps the mocktail balanced and refreshing. → Link to Fever-Tree ginger beer
Bubbles at Home
We finish this drink with soda water for extra lift. Having a SodaStream on hand makes it easy to add fresh bubbles whenever you want. It is a bar tool we use constantly. → Link to our SodaStream
Mint Garnish
Gently slap the mint between your palms before garnishing to release its aroma without bruising the leaves.

A RITUAL WE RETURN TO
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
