Limoncello Gin Spritz
A bright, citrus-forward spritz made with gin, limoncello, prosecco, and a splash of soda water. Light, refreshing, and easy to sip, this is a perfect aperitif for warm evenings or casual date nights.

Ingredients
• 1½ ounces gin
• 1 ounce limoncello
• 2½ to 3 ounces prosecco
• 1 to 2 ounces soda water, to taste
• Lemon twist or wheel, for garnish
Instructions
Add ice to a wine glass or large stemless glass.
Pour in the gin and limoncello.
Gently top with prosecco, then finish with soda water to taste.
Give a very gentle stir to combine.
Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon wheel before serving.
