Lillet Rosé Spritz
A light, floral spritz built on Lillet Rosé, prosecco, and a splash of club soda — pale pink, effervescent, and barely-there sweet. The orange slice and fresh thyme add a herbal citrus finish that keeps it from tipping into precious. The kind of drink that makes an ordinary evening feel like the start of something.
This cocktail is part of our Date Nite collection, made to be sipped while you cook together.

WHAT IS LILLET ROSÉ
Lillet Rosé is a French aperitif wine. It's slightly sweet, lightly floral, with notes of peach and citrus. It's lower in alcohol than spirits and designed to be sipped, not shot. Find it in the wine or aperitif section at most liquor stores.
PROSECCO TIP
Use a dry (brut) prosecco so the drink stays balanced. The Lillet already brings sweetness, so the prosecco is just for bubbles and balance. Any affordable brut prosecco works, and cava is a great substitute if that's what you have on hand. For a brighter, blush pink color, use rosé prosecco. That's what we used and it makes a beautiful difference in the glass.
THE THYME GARNISH
Don't skip the thyme. It adds a subtle herbal note that makes this feel more considered than a simple wine spritz. Lightly clap the sprig between your palms before dropping it in to release the oils.
GLASSWARE OPTIONS
We used a stemless wine glass, which works beautifully. A standard wine glass or a large stemless tumbler are both great. Avoid a narrow flute because this drink needs room to breathe and show off the garnish.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
Swap the Lillet Rosé for white grape juice with a small splash of pomegranate juice, and use sparkling water in place of prosecco. Add the orange and thyme. It's just as pretty and still feels special.
BATCH IT FOR HOSTING
To serve 6: combine 12 oz Lillet Rosé and 12 oz prosecco in a pitcher. Pour over ice in individual glasses and top each with a splash of club soda. Garnish as usual.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
