COCKTAIL RECIPE
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz blanco tequila
1 1/2 tbsp holiday jam, see Notes from the Bar
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
1/4 oz agave or simple syrup, optional
Sweet-Salty Cinnamon Rim, see Notes from the Bar
Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Make the holiday jam and Sweet-Salty Cinnamon Rim using the recipes in Notes from the Bar. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, dip it into the rim mixture, and fill with ice. In a shaker, stir the jam with the lime juice to loosen it, then add the tequila and ice. Shake very hard, then double strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
NOTES FROM THE BAR
Heads up: We may earn a small commission on products we’ve linked here. We only recommend the real-deal favorites from our kitchen.
HOLIDAY JAM
This is the heart of the drink. Our holiday jam brings fruit, spice, and body all at once, so the margarita needs very little else. → Shop our Holiday Jam recipe
SWEET-SALTY CINNAMON RIM
Combine 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp coarse salt, and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon on a small plate and mix well. Store any extra in a sealed jar for the next round.
LOOSEN THE JAM FIRST
Stirring the jam into the lime juice before adding ice helps it dissolve fully. Then shake hard and double strain to catch any fruit bits or seeds for a smoother drink.
SWEETNESS CHECK
Every jam is different. Taste after shaking, and only add the agave or simple syrup if it needs a little more sweetness.
WHY NO ORANGE LIQUEUR
We left out the usual orange liqueur on purpose. Skipping it keeps the fruit and spice from the jam front and center.

A RITUAL WE RETURN TO
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
