Ginger Negroni
A stirred Negroni with a small addition of ginger syrup that softens the bitterness and adds a subtle warmth. Spirit-forward and bittersweet with just enough ginger to make it feel like its own drink.
This cocktail is part of our Date Nite collection, made to be sipped while you cook together.

GIN RECOMMENDATION
A London Dry gin works best here — clean and juniper-forward without competing with the Campari. Tanqueray or Beefeater are both solid choices.
SWEET VERMOUTH
We use Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino. It's rich and slightly bitter with a complexity that works really well in a Negroni. Worth having in your bar. → Link to our favorite sweet vermouth
GINGER SYRUP recipe
Blend a 2-inch knob of fresh ginger with 1 cup water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, then add 1 cup sugar and heat gently until dissolved. Let cool before using. Bottled ginger syrup works in a pinch but fresh makes a noticeable difference.
NOTE: The 1/4 oz ginger syrup brings the total vermouth-plus-syrup ratio to 1 oz, keeping the balance of the classic Negroni intact while adding a gentle spiced warmth.
MAKE IT YOUR OWN
The ginger here is subtle — just enough to notice. If you want a more pronounced ginger flavor, bump it to 1/2 oz and reduce the vermouth to 1/2 oz to keep the balance.
VERMOUTH STORAGE
Vermouth is a wine-based ingredient and oxidizes after opening. Store it in the fridge and use it within a few weeks for the best flavor.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
