INFUSE AHEAD
To infuse the gin, combine 1/2 cup gin with 6–8 thin slices of cucumber. Let sit for 20–30 minutes then strain. If short on time, gently muddle a few cucumber slices directly in the mixing glass instead — it won't be quite as smooth but still delicious.
THE OLIVE OIL TRICK
A single barspoon of good olive oil gives this martini a silky, almost velvety texture that rounds out the botanicals beautifully. It sounds unusual but trust it. Use the best olive oil you have.
GIN RECOMMENDATION
A classic London Dry gin works beautifully here — the juniper and citrus notes play well with cucumber. If you want something more delicate, a contemporary or floral gin like Hendrick's is a natural fit.
GLASSWARE
A coupe is our first choice — it feels elegant and keeps the drink cold without the rim getting in the way. A classic martini glass works just as well if that's what you have.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
Muddle 4–5 cucumber slices with a tiny pinch of salt and a barspoon of olive oil. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with a splash of chilled tonic or sparkling water. Garnish with an olive or a cucumber ribbon.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
