Caipiroska
Fresh lime muddled with sugar and vodka — the Caipiroska is stripped down to almost nothing, which is exactly what makes it so good.
This cocktail is part of our Date Nite collection, made to be sipped while you cook together.
Build Your Drink
Ingredients
• ½ lime, cut into three wedges
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 ounces vodka
• Crushed ice
Cocktail method
Place the lime wedges in the bottom of a rocks glass and add the sugar.
Muddle firmly to release the lime juice and oils while dissolving the sugar.
Pour in the vodka and stir to combine.
Fill the glass about ¾ full with crushed ice and stir well to slightly dilute the drink.
Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge before serving.
Notes from the Bar

Ritual Tip
Take a slow breath after muddling the lime. The citrus oils lift immediately and set the tone for the first sip.
Sugar Texture
If you prefer a smoother finish, superfine sugar will dissolve more quickly than granulated.
Spirit Suggestion
Because this drink is so minimal, use a clean, high quality vodka. The spirit carries the entire profile.
Mocktail Adaptation
Replace the vodka with chilled sparkling water and stir gently for a refreshing, alcohol free version.
Because every drink deserves a beautiful moment.
A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
