Cinnamon Syrup Recipe
For the cinnamon syrup, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, 4 lightly crushed cinnamon sticks, and a small pinch of kosher salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then let the mixture gently simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove it from the heat and let the cinnamon steep for 30 to 45 minutes before straining and cooling completely. Store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
DOUBLE STRAINING MATTERS
Muddled blackberries leave behind seeds and pulp, so straining through a shaker strainer and then a fine mesh strainer keeps the texture smooth in the glass.
GARNISH OPTIONS
A cinnamon stick leans warmer and more fall-forward, while a dried lemon wheel keeps things a little brighter and moodier. Either works, so pick whichever fits the rest of your table that night. → Shop our favorite dehydrator

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
