TEQUILA CHOICE
A reposado tequila gives this drink more warmth and a rounder finish, closer to a traditional old fashioned. Blanco keeps it brighter and more citrus forward if that's the direction you want.
BLOOD ORANGE SEASON
Blood oranges peak from December through April, so fresh juice is easiest to find then. Outside that window, look for bottled blood orange juice at the grocery store or swap in fresh regular orange juice with a splash of pomegranate juice for color.
GARNISH OPTIONS
A blood orange wheel dropped right into the glass looks stunning against the color of the drink. A long peel expressed over the top and twisted along the rim works too if you want something a little more understated.
ICE MATTERS
One large cube melts slower than several small ones, which keeps the drink from getting watery as you sip. If you don't have a large cube tray, this is worth adding to your bar setup. → Shop our favorite large ice cube tray

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
