CINNAMON SYRUP RECIPE
Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, 4 lightly crushed cinnamon sticks, and a small pinch of kosher salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then gently simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let the cinnamon steep for 30 to 45 minutes before straining and cooling completely. Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
DOUBLE STRAIN FOR A CLEAN POUR
Blackberries leave behind seeds and pulp after muddling. Pour through your shaker strainer and a fine mesh strainer at the same time so the drink stays smooth and the color stays deep. → Shop our favorite fine mesh strainer
BATCH FOR A CROWD
For 6 servings, muddle 30 blackberries with 4 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup and 4 1/2 oz lemon juice in a pitcher, then add 12 oz bourbon. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and refrigerate until guests arrive. Shake individual pours with ice or stir the pitcher well with ice, then serve over crushed ice.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
Muddle the blackberries with the cinnamon syrup and lemon juice, shake with ice, and strain over crushed ice. Top with 3 to 4 oz ginger beer for a bit of spice and sparkle.

A ritual we return to
Our cocktails are part of something bigger for us. They’re the beginning of Date Nite, a connection-centered experience we created to help you slow down, share a meal, and enjoy time with the one you love.
Each Date Nite is thoughtfully planned for you, so you are not stuck deciding what to cook or how to pull the night together. We pair one cocktail with a complete menu, a simple flow from prep to plate, and small details that make the evening feel easy and connected from start to finish.
It is not about perfection. It is about presence, and creating space to reconnect, whether that is with your partner or simply with yourself, over a really good meal.
