More Pasta Goodness
This week’s pasta is so good, you’ll want it twice. We recommend doubling the recipe — it reheats beautifully, unlike many pastas that tend to dry out. Cook up about 12 ounces of pasta (or the full 16 ounces if you’re big pasta lovers) and enjoy the leftovers later in the week. To reheat, simply place the pasta in an oven-safe skillet and warm it at 350°F until heated through. That’s it. An extra easy, extra delicious meal ready to go whenever you need it.
