Growth is rarely a straight line. Sometimes evolution happens slowly and quietly, and other times it asks me to release old identities or beliefs. Allowing myself to evolve means giving myself permission to change, learn, and expand. I do not have to stay the same person I was yesterday. Becoming is part of being alive.
